Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Royal Biryani House Christmas Raffle 2025 (“Raffle”).
By entering the Raffle, participants agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2 Valid only for residents living in the United States.
1.3 Employees of Royal Biryani House (RBH), their immediate families, and anyone directly connected with organizing the raffle are not eligible to participate.
1.4 Participation is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

2.1 For every $40 spent (pre-tax) at Royal Biryani House Herndon location, the customer receives one raffle coupon.
2.2 Bill value is cumulative per transaction only.
Example:

• $40 → 1 coupon 
• $86 → 2 coupons 
• $120 → 3 coupon

2.3 Coupons cannot be combined across multiple bills to reach $40.
2.4 Only bills dated within the Raffle Period (see Section 3) are eligible.
2.5 Visit the store and drop your coupon in the ballot box to claim your raffle ticket.
2.6 During the draw, the Instagram handle on the coupon must be a follower of RBH.

3. Raffle Period

3.1 The Raffle begins on November 25, 2025 and ends on December 24, 2025 (“Raffle Period”).
3.2 Purchases made outside this period do not qualify.

4. Valid Purchases

4.1 Eligible purchases include:

• Dine-in 
• Takeout 
• Delivery (through RBH website/app or third-party platforms) 

4.2 Delivery Orders:
Customers must visit the Royal Biryani House Herndon outlet in person, show their delivery bill, and fill their raffle coupon to participate.
4.3 Bills must be shown as proof of purchase. Copies/screenshots accepted only if clearly legible.

5. Steps to Qualify

5.1 Participants must complete all of the following steps for each coupon:

• Follow RBH on Instagram: @royalbiryanihouse.us 
• Sign up for the RBH Loyalty Program using a valid phone number 
• Fill the raffle coupon with:
  • Instagram handle 
  • Phone number used for loyalty signup 
• Drop the completed coupon into the official Raffle Box at RBH Herndon Outlet only.

5.2 Incomplete entries will be considered invalid.

6. Prize Details

6.1 Prizes for the Raffle:

• 1st Prize: iPhone 17 Pro Max
• 2nd Prize: Apple AirPods 3
• 3rd Prize: $100 RBH Gift Card
• 4th Prize: $100 RBH Gift Card
• 5th Prize: $100 RBH Gift Card 

6.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.3 RBH reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if required.

7. Winner Selection

7.1 Winners will be chosen randomly from all valid entries.
7.2 The draw will take place on December 25, 2025 at an RBH location.
7.3 Winners will be contacted via the phone number provided on the coupon.
7.4 If a winner cannot be reached within 72 hours, RBH reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7.5 RBH may publicly announce winners on its social media channels.

8. Verification & Fraud Protection

8.1 RBH reserves the right to verify the authenticity of bills and coupons.
8.2 Any entry found to be:

• Duplicated 
• Fraudulent 
• Altered 
• Submitted without valid proof of purchase will be void.

8.3 RBH may disqualify any participant suspected of tampering, cheating, or attempting to manipulate the raffle. 

9. Liability & Disclaimer

9.1 RBH is not responsible for:

• Lost, damaged, or misplaced raffle coupons 
• Incorrect phone numbers or Instagram handles 
• Failure of a participant to check messages/calls 
• Third-party delays, delivery issues, or technical failures

10. Privacy

10.1 Participant information will be used solely for:

• Contacting winners 
• Loyalty program verification 
• Raffle administration

11. Publicity Consent

By participating, winners agree that RBH may use their first name, city, and/or photo for marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Amendments & Rights

12.1 RBH reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time if circumstances require.
12.2 Any changes will be announced on RBH’s official Instagram page.

13. Governing Law

This raffle is governed by the laws of the State in which the RBH outlet is operating.
